Guo Qiang is the Principal Consultant of Collaborative Consultancy LLP. He began his career in 2009 as an Artillery Officer with the Singapore Armed Forces. During his 11 years stint in the SAF, he achieved several leadership milestones such as Platoon Commander tour and Company Commander Tour. Apart from operational roles, Guo Qiang is also involved in the development of leadership frameworks and training for the Officer Cadets.
Guo Qiang left the SAF and joined the private sector, spearheading the role of Head Training Academy and eventually rising to Deputy General Manager in Metropolis Security Systems Pte Ltd. Since 2021, Guo Qiang has been an Adjunct Adult Educator facilitating IAL’s flagship programmes such as Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance and Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance. Apart from facilitation, Guo Qiang is also an Associate Consultant offering workplace learning consultancy services for enterprises. Guo Qiang was the Chairperson for Special Interest Group – Learning Technology under IAL from 2020 to 2023. Since 2019, Guo Qiang has been providing executive coaching services as a Masteries Practitioner Designation, IAC. His clients range from middle to senior management of both public and private organizations. To date, Guo Qiang is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. He has garnered experience in both individual coaching as well as team coaching. Guo Qiang holds a Master of Arts in Educational Management from NIE, NTU. Guo Qiang is currently pursuing his Doctorate Degree with Golden Gate University, San Francisco. His academic research interest includes leadership in education and military context. He also holds a Graduate Certificate in Workplace Learning, WSQ DACE and ACTA qualifications. |
