Overview
In this course, students will have an introduction to Manage difficult students, identify common behaviors and creating a positive learning environment. Learn to handle and communicate with special needs students. Design learning aids, deliver enrichment courses to meet specific needs for preschoolers to secondary levels. Participants will also learn Behaviour Management, Anger/Conflict Management and different Challenging Behaviours (ADHA/CD/ODD). It gives some insight into these learning behaviors that every educator will come across from time to time. Aim Learn and understand how students can motivated to excel when handle correctly. Learn techniques and design a classrom managemnt plan. Partcipant will achieve personal development and better career prospects as an Junior Educator Trainer. Objectives Learn to create motivated learns who embrace challenges and learning from setback.
